Present Kingdom Realities - Right Now!

Joy Unspeakable & Full of Glory - Now!

Thought for Today: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though NOW ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 1Pe 1:8

When do we rejoice? After our earthly life ends or During our earthly life? It's clear! We rejoice NOW, during our physical life, with unspeakable joy and full of glory.

Today's lesson focuses on what benefits are ours NOW rather than later. When Jacob saw the royal wagons (which were packed from the throne with abundant provisions for the journey) he knew right then that his Son was alive! (Gen 45:17-28) An his spirit revived!

His Spirit Revived!

My brother and sister we are called to enjoy the trip, while on our way to see the King. With all of the trip's challenges, adversities, push-backs, tests, and trials; - everything we need along the journey is provided for, ..from His throne. God meant for the trip to be joy unspeakable and full of glory during the way to see the Son, the Governor! "That your joy may be full".

All Believers should agree that… Forgiveness is Now, …Salvation is Now, …New Birth is Now, …the Holy Ghost / Holy Spirit is Now, … Power in the Blood is Now, …Taking Up Your Cross is Now, … The Revelation of Jesus Christ is Now, … The New Birth from Above is Now, … Learning and Growing Up Into Christ is Now, … Faith is Tested and Tried Now, … Discipleship, and Child Training is Now, …a Father-Child Relationship is Now, a Brother-Sister- Family Relationship is Now, … we are Come to Mt Zion - the City - Heavenly Jerusalem - Assembly of Angels Now..., The Kingdom of God is Now… ; Jesus is With Me and Within Me Now.

And yet there is really so much more. One technique of the powers of darkness is to nudge us into an attitude which puts-off or moves many aspects of this Spirit-life in Jesus Christ into the future after our physical death; rather than here during our physical life time on this earth as a child of God. (see… the typical spirit of the camp we all face is.. - Joh 11:21-26 …If you had of been here, ….I know it will happen at the last day resurrection…. I am the Resurrection")

However, just giving a little more attention to what is said by the Spirit, with less attention to our early religious ideas; it slowly appears that there are so many things that God has for us Now while we live here in this earthly life. This is really a Glorious Now. Right Now!

What is my Present Reality right now? What is real to me right now? Escaping from our present earthly reality takes many forms among us humans.

THE "TIME IS AT HAND" is "NOW"

The phrase "the hour is come" is used several times in the gospels by Jesus. But he uses it one time with added emphasis. He said to the woman at the well …But the hour cometh, and NOW is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. Joh 4:23

Jesus adding the expression "now is" was an added emphasis, confirmation, or a double witness that "the hour is come" and is right NOW! One of darkness's great tools of diversion is seen in Martha's interaction with Jesus in John 11.

Martha looks at the past when she says: If you had been here my brother would not have died. Then a moment later Martha looks at the future when she says: I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Past. Future. But Jesus brings her back to the present when he says; I am the resurrection and the life. The resurrection is ME! Jesus moves the resurrection from an Event at the end of time to a Person. The resurrection is a person. We should stop thinking of the resurrection as simply a place in time or a physical event. It's so much more than just that. There is a "present Truth" for us NOW if we can just get our focus off of yesterday and tomorrow and focus on what is real NOW in the present!

Would you believe it, if I told you believer friend, that resurrection has already taken place in your life? Would you believe that you have already Died with Jesus, already been Buried with Jesus, and already been Raised (a type of resurrection) with Jesus? DIED, BURIED,and RESURECTED IS Present Truth in scripture as a spiritual reality for us presently NOW; long before that great getting' up morning takes place.

On the last page of the New Testament, John is told in AD. 90? …Don't seal up these sayings, for the time is at hand (Rev 22:10) In other words, the time is at your hand, the time is NOW. Grasp it. Squeeze it.

This attitude of "the time is at hand" exists at the beginning of the book of Revelation (1:3).

It is reaffirmed in the middle of the Revealing of Jesus Christ. A CENTER-PIECE statement occurs in chapter12:10 - "Now is come salvation, strength, kingdom and the power of Christ".

Another a pointing to the present appears in the last chapter (22:10) ..Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

Jesus Christ is a present super-reality in a world-kosmos of distracting substitute realities.

"This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it."

"DAY-LIGHT" has Begun…

This revealing of Day-Light was presented first by the Spirit in Paul's writings, later in James's, Peter's, Hebrews and Revelation. Listen to the Spirit's words about the Day.
1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
1Th 5:8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
2Co 6:2 …behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
Ro 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
Ro 13:13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
Col 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
2Pe 1:12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.

LIGHT IS COME…."NOW"

Isa 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
Isa 60:2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: BUT the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

Seen when? Before our physical death or after? (no wonder the red dragon draws 1/3 of the stars to earth; 1/3 of trees burnt, 1/3 of sea to blood, 1/3 of ships destroyed, 1/3 of rivers-waters bitter, 1/3 of sun light, 1/3 of moon light, 1/3 of day light, 1/3 of night light is gone… (The Face of the 3rd beast …is a Man)

This is the experience of the Earthy Christians and all earth dwellers. Woe to the inhabitors of the Earth!(Rev 12) The Earthly sphere of things outside of Christ, is at the same Spiritual state as it was Naturally in Genesis 1. The Earthly sphere of things is without Form (confusion) where confusion is their banner). The Earthly realm of man is still Void(emptiness), a place of emptiness. And the Earthly, (which opposes the Heavenly) is Darkness(misery, sorrow) all through-out. All of those conditions are ear-marks of hell's influence and management style upon the natural man.

Jesus gives light in the midst of the Now darkness which encompasses the earth outside of Christ. Those of us in Christ Jesus are Now of the Day-Light. We are no longer of the Night, nor of the Darkness. Even though we exist and are surrounded by darkness. In him was life, and the life was the light of men.

DARKNESS IS PAST …NOW - - TRUE LIGHT IS SHINING …NOW

For the children of God, those born from above, Light has come to us and Darkness is Now past just as it says in 1Jo 2:8 … which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light NOW shineth…NOW. We are the light of the world Now, because we are Now the children of light and children of the Day. Right Now! Look up at night and you will see stars in the vastness of the universal darkness. Each believer is called to shine in the midst of the darkness which surrounds us 24/7

.

In him was life; and the life was the light of men. (Joh 1:4) Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, (Joh 8:12) I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Because the Light of Life was in Jesus that same Light of Life exists and is present in each believer. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Mt 5:14 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 1Th 5:5

GOOD NEWS …NOW …

I would think all would agree that the Good News Gospel is for NOW. Not after we die.

Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

PREACHING THE GOOD NEWS is for …NOW
BIND UP THE BROKENHEARTED is for …NOW
PROCLAIM LIBERTY TO CAPTIVES is for …. NOW
OPEN THE PRISON DOORS is for … NOW

We are to "PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR"…NOW …

Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year (Eph 1:6) of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God (Rom 1:18, 1Th 2:16); to comfort all that mourn; (2Co 1:3-4) … Yes, there is a measure of wrath (vengeance) which happens now, as well as measures of consolation and comfort for each of us now. Everything is not reserved unto the ultimate end. Much is encountered along the way. There is A little heaven to go to heaven in, Just as there is A little hell to go to hell in! Our heavenly Father decided long ago to give us the choice. The ultimate decision is within the reach of each of us. The decision and reversal of decision is given to inhabitant of this planet. The power to decide. The ability to change a decision; to reverse what I thought at one time to be. Reversing of decision; changing my way of thinking is what the Bible calls "repentance or repenting". Our creator decided he would give this earth a season of repentance which has been going on for nearly 2000 years. Scripture calls it the acceptable year of the Lord. He decided to accept us. It is now our opportunity or choice to accept Him! Jesus Christ was and still is the Ambassador of this good news.

God's Acceptable Year of the LORD has been continuing in Christ over the past 2000 years. It extends even to us in this 21st century. His Acceptable Year continues today until that great trumpet sounds announcing the end to all things as we know them.

Yes, we ARE ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED …. NOW …Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved. His Acceptance Year program was set up even while we were unsaved …Ro 5:8 ..God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

GOD has Decreed : ..Beauty, Oil of Joy, & Praise For Mourners…NOW …

APPOINT…. To constitute, ordain, or fix by decree, order or decision.

Isa 61:3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

GOD HAS …APPOINT-SET- & DECREED that..
…NOW there's BEAUTY …FOR YOUR ASHES …
…NOW there's OIL of JOY…FOR MOURNING(grief/sorrow in complaints, crying)
…NOW there's GARMENT of PRAISE FOR SPIRIT of HEAVINESS (dark, despond)

How long will this opportunity or window be open? What is probably more important is how long will this window of opportunity, this window of acceptance be open for me? ..for you? All the days of our life! For some that will be shorter! For some it will be longer!

He has made a decree; an ordination, an order that I can choose, that each of us can choose to come out of the darkness we were born into and become lights in darkness, ie as the stars of the nightly heavens. The offer comes with benefits. He takes our ashes, and gives us Beauty. He swaps our mournings, grievings and complaints with an ointment of Joy. For our dark, despondency and heaviness, he gives us a Garment of Praise.

It's all in the Prince of Peace. It's all in the Son. Just as Abraham was told; …in you will all nations, peoples of the earth be blessed. God made his choice. Jesus made his choice. Now heaven waits for my choice. Each day is another choice opportunity. I choose Jesus! What's your choice? Let it be him. You will be eternally grateful.

Our Purpose…is to… EARNESTLY CONTEND …NOW

For that ONCE GIVEN

Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common (shared by all) salvation(rescue, safety, deliverance, health, salvation), it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort (intreat, implore, beseech) you that ye should (NOW) earnestly contend (struggle for) for the faith(truth, moral conviction, belief, faith)(My word:INHERITANCE) which was once delivered (surrender, transmit, intrust) unto the saints.

AN INHERITANCE IS RESERVED FOR YOU IN HEAVEN … NOW

1Pe 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven (in the Holy Ghost) for you,
1Pe 1:5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready(prepared) to be revealed(disclosed, cover off) in the last time.
1Pe 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
1Jo 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

Much of the Christian Church System appropriates the last days to designate only the 19th or 20 Century. Yes, we do believe we are getting closer to the end or culmination of this age with many accompanying situations and events. Yes, there are some last things in the last things. Some last days in the last days. When I look at these passages I see them applying to the entire New Testament period from Pentecost 33AD until Jesus 2nd Appearing.

Something is reserved, set-aside, protected for you to find. It is reserved in heavenly places for you and me. It is being kept by the force, by the Holy Ghost power of the Father; that whosoever will can discover it. It was prepared for this earth at a particular time. That time was initiated by Jesus' coming, crucifixion and resurrection. The cover was taken off in Christ no doubt with the inner baptism of the Holy Ghost, the promise of the Father, the enduing of power from on high, the pouring out of God's Spirit upon all flesh, the receiving of the Holy Ghost.

ENTERING INTO KINGDOM OF HEAVEN…….BEGINS…NOW…

Da 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set (to rise, appoint, establish, stand) up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Da 7:12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.
Da 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.
Da 7:14 And there was given HIM "dominion" (mastery ruling empire), and "glory", and a "kingdom", that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

Col 1:13 Who hath delivered us (NOW) from the power of darkness, and hath translated us (NOW) into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Re 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, (NOW) and companion in tribulation, (NOW) and in the kingdom (NOW) and patience of Jesus Christ, (NOW) was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Re 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, NOW.. is come salvation, and (NOW.. is come) strength, and (NOW.. is come) the kingdom of our God, and the (NOW.. is come) power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
Joh 3:3 … Except a man be born again, he cannot SEE the kingdom of God.
Joh 3:5 … Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot ENTER into the kingdom of God..

2nd ADAMIC "Spiritual" RACE (in Christ) ….BEGINS …NOW..

1st a Natural Race - 2nd a Spiritual Race

The last Adam was made a quickening Spirit (1Co 15:45) … the second man is the Lord from Heaven…. And as is the heavenly such are they also that are heavenly, …we shall also bear the image of the heavenly … that Jesus might be the first-born among many brethren(Rom 8:29) …in bringing many sons unto glory (Heb 2:10), …we have received the spirit of adoption, cry Abba, Father (Rom 8:15), …because you are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of His Son into you hearts...crying Abba, Father(Gal 4:6), …we should be called the Sons of God(1Jo 3:1), …Now are we the sons of God(1Jo 3:2),

Another race is presently upon this earth. Unseen and Spiritual, but Present & Living!

ETERNAL LIFE ….BEGINS…NOW…

1Jo 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
1Jo 5:12 He that hath the Son hath life; & he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
1Jo 5:13 ….that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
Ro 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

A REIGNING OF LIFE ---- OVER DEATH …. NOW

Ro 5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign (NOW) through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
Ro 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. (NOW)

"Spiritual" DEATH - BURIAL - RESURRECTION …BEGINS …NOW

One typical Christian religious concept is that life now is a dressing room for the hereafter. They teach that each disciple of Jesus is preparing for the day of their death which is the time they will find out if they have been accepted to enter into the Kingdom of God or the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Kingdom of God/Heaven Life begins for each believer at Conception. But Christian thought teaches it happens upon your physical death… thus you can't see it till you die …thus don't enter it till you die… (that is true … when do you spiritually die … what do you think water baptism is all about … we already died with him & in him … we already were buried with him … we already were raised with him …Col 3:1 … no wonder it says …. Blessed are they that die in the Lord from this day forward …Rev 14:13

DIED / DEAD WITH HIM ….. NOW

Ro 6:3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Ro 6:5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Ro 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Ga 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Col 3:3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
1Co 15:29 Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?

BURIED WITH HIM ….. NOW

Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Ro 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

RISEN WITH HIM ….. NOW

Col 2:12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Col 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Col 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

AS HE IS …..SO ARE WE ….NOW

1Jo 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, …even as he walked.
1Jo 4:17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
Re 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. (SIT DOWN, CONTINUE…THRONE -- SEAT OF POWER)

SALVATION - POWER - AUTHORITY ..IS COME ….NOW

Re 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

INHERITANCE …..BEGINS …NOW…

LAST DAYS Revealing / Our-Pouring …IS ….NOW

. Ro 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him (NOW) by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk (NOW) in newness of life.
Re 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, (ye became lights in the darkness in Christ) and did cast them to the earth: (woe to inhabitors of the earth 12:12) and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

CONFLICT / DIVISION is… NOW

Lu 12:49 I am come to send fire (NOW) on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
Lu 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather (NOW) division:
Lu 12:52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
Lu 12:53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

WRESTLING is… NOW….

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle (STRIKE, THRUST, THROW DOWN) not (NOW) against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

WAR is… NOW….

2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare (serve in military campaign) are (NOW) not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

SHAKING OF THE EARTHLY & HEAVENLY IS… NOW….

Regardless of the wonderful blessings which are available to us in Christ, our heavenly Father is shaking both the earth dwellers and the heaven dwellers. None escape. It is for the purpose of removing from each of us that which is earthly, …of man, …of the flesh, …of self, thus leaving those things of adamic man, which are not eternal, not of Christ and not of heaven.

Heb 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Heb 12:28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved,(UNSHAKEABLE)

Jesus mentioned this shaking in the gospels and in Revelation as the falling of stars as fig tree shaken by the wind and figs dropping to the ground.

Lu 21:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Re 6:13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

We can't stop the shaking and agitation but we can draw closer to Christ and to Him alone.

Isa 40:10 Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
Isa 40:11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

It was good news when God came with a strong hand, in Christ Jesus, the great shephard of God's sheep. Yes, we his sheep, have heard his voice.

Jesus told the disciples, I go to prepare a place for you. I will come again and receive you to myself. I will not leave you comfortless I will come to you. I go away and come again. We (my Father and I) will come to you and make our abode with him (that loves me). A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, …

After Calvary, the world never saw Jesus again. And they still don't see him. Because He does come to them. But to those of us who believer that eternal life is knowing the only true God and Jesus Christ, who he has sent.

Yes, he comes to all those who believe in him. No, I have never seen Jesus literally with my human eyes. But, there is good news. Jesus came to me when I believed in Him. When I exercised faith in him. Jesus came to me when I received His Spirit within. If you can believe it, His Spirit returned on the day of Pentecost to all those who were waiting.

Behold he still comes to all those who believe in him. It is Good News, glad tidings, Behold, the Lord God comes as a shephard to gently lead his lambs.

Believe, he comes to all that do! Yes, there will be a second appearing to the world. But, blessed are us who believe now, for we see him. Behold, he comes.
